Mr. Mahmood Aslam has worked in the HR & OD domain for over 23 years. He is well versed in organizational performance improvement initiatives that involve organizational structure analysis that result in performance improvements. He has developed many human resource management systems that include recruitment & selection, performance management system, training & development, training needs analysis, manpower planning etc., and established an HR help desk. He has extensive experience in HR operational matters of multi-location international organisations.
Mr. Farooq Ahmed Khan holds Master’s Degree in Computer Science and his experience spans 18 years in fields as diverse as project/program planning, management, monitoring & evaluation, MIS, technical assistance management, policy and governance reforms. He had senior management roles in thematic areas of governance, rural development, community-driven infrastructure development, health, population welfare, education, industry, agricultural/SME value chains, economic growth and promotion of private sector participation.
Mr. Khan contributed in developing various project documents, proposals, plans, M&E/MIS systems during his professional engagements. He has worked for the World Bank, GIZ, DFID and USAID funded projects.
Mr. Turab Ali Khan, a Mechanical Engineer with MS in Engineering Management, has over 35 years of experience in Strategy, Change Management and performance management program implementations reaching a position of Supply Chain Director. He has held key positions in Public sector organizations, Multi National Companies (BAT Pakistan) and private organizations (such as Rehman Medical Complex and ZRK Group). Most projects worked upon were related to business process reengineering, TQM and ERP implementations, Total Production Maintenance Implementation, Line of sight (Performance Management program) and implementation of Team based layouts along with training needs analysis, developing and conducting Training programs and several productivity improvement projects. These assignments required a high level of analytical skills, rational decision making and leadership qualities.
