BTR doesn't advise on artificial intelligence from the outside; we're actively building with it. BDOP (BTR Digital One Portal), our own enterprise operating platform, is being developed using AI-assisted software engineering as a core methodology: architecture decisions, infrastructure automation, and governance frameworks developed in direct collaboration with multiple AI systems, under deliberate human oversight at every stage.
That gives clients something most AI consultancies can't offer: a working reference implementation, not a slide deck. We can speak concretely to what AI-assisted development actually looks like in production, including where it needs guardrails, where it accelerates real work, and where human judgment has to stay firmly in control.
